Our team of experienced physical therapists provide 1 on 1 comprehensive care for men, women, and children. We specialize in treating chronic pain (pelvic pain, low back, hip, neck, etc). We also help navigate patients through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. We treat a variety of conditions, including: intercystial cystitis, endometriosis, diastases rectus, constipation, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and more.

We are currently scheduling several weeks (and even months) out for initial evaluations. We do utilize our waitlist, so please book your appointment based on our availability, but also include yourself on our waitlist and we will absolutely call if anything opens up sooner!


Yoga

Our yoga instructors are professionally trained and provide a comprehensive class focused on movement sequences, breath work, mindfulness, and quieting the nervous system.

Our Pilates Reformer Fitness classes are designed to target your deepest core muscles while improving your body awareness, posture, strength, and breathing mechanics.

Julie is an orthopedic physical therapist who specializes in treating pelvic health. Her passion has become empowering women during and post pregnancy to feel good in their bodies and achieve their wellness goals. Julie studied secondary education at Franklin College for her undergraduate work, spent a few years teaching high school, and then decided to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. She was born and raised in Plainfield, IN where she works together with her husband in raising their two children to be happy and healthy.

Erin has been a physical therapist assistant since 2016, focusing on outpatient orthopedic rehab.

With experience in sports and dance, as well as having the cutest kid in the world, she has first-hand experience with working hard to reach goals, as well as healing from injuries. She’s led quite the Jackie-of-All-Trades life with her undergraduate degrees in English and Theatre/Drama from Indiana University, serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Tennessee for two years, and being anything from a ballroom dance instructor to working in ABA behavioral therapy. She has since focused her career in the physical therapy field, earning an Associate’s degree in PTA, and becoming certified in mat and Reformer Pilates.

Erin is from Columbus, IN, and now lives on the west side of Indianapolis with her husband and daughter. She strives to be a thoughtful therapist and works to instill a spirit of energy, healing and hope in all of her patients and clients.

Margaret first discovered yoga in 1999 while working as a lawyer in a large Chicago law firm. She immediately appreciated the stress relief and sense of peace it provided. During the next decade, Margaret practiced yoga off and on, but always appreciated the welcome break it provided from the stress of working and raising a family. In 2014 Margaret committed to a regular yoga practice after being inspired by an amazing yoga teacher in Scotland. In 2016 Margaret earned her 200 hour certification at the Cityyoga School of Yoga and Health. She hopes she can help other busy people make time for themselves and find peace, strength, health, and happiness through the practice of yoga.
