Jaime’s extensive Pilates education and teaching experience began in 2002, by completing his first certification with Real Pilates NYC in Barcelona Spain. After that he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, to join a group composed of Kinesiologists (physical therapists), physical educators, and Pilates instructors to work with Parkinson’s patients at the Hospital de Clínicas (the public hospital in Buenos Aires) led by Tamara Di Tella.
In 2007 Jaime returned to Mexico City, Mexico, where he worked for 11 years for the largest fitness company in the country, Sports World, where he had the opportunity to continue teaching, learning, growing, and expanding his experience.
Jaime has been licensed and certified with Stott Pilates, Redcore Physical, Active Core, and Lagree Pilates. The experience with these organizations has provided him with a variety of tools and techniques to work with a multitude of clientele of varying ability and skill levels in his personal and collective sessions and make great progress. In 2018 he moved to India to live and study the spiritual disciplines of yoga and meditation. All these experiences allow Jaime to give his clients a complete holistic experience where the body connects with the mind and energy.

With experience in sports and dance, as well as having the cutest kid in the world, she has first-hand experience with working hard to reach goals, as well as healing from injuries. She’s led quite the Jackie-of-All-Trades life with her undergraduate degrees in English and Theatre/Drama from Indiana University, serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Tennessee for two years, and being anything from a ballroom dance instructor to working in ABA behavioral therapy. Margaret first discovered yoga in 1999 while working as a lawyer in a large Chicago law firm. She immediately appreciated the stress relief and sense of peace it provided. During the next decade, Margaret practiced yoga off and on, but always appreciated the welcome break it provided from the stress of working and raising a family. In 2014 Margaret committed to a regular yoga practice after being inspired by an amazing yoga teacher in Scotland. In 2016 Margaret earned her 200 hour certification at the Cityyoga School of Yoga and Health.
